HubCap Comedy Festival
Contract Description:
Since 2003 we have provided event management services coordinating every detail of this iconic Comedy Festival.
Client Description:
The Hubcap Comedy Festival is Canada’s largest, non-televised, comedy festival in Canada. The festival is a unique showcase of Canadian comedy talent from across the country and represents a wide variety of comedy styles from stand-up to improv and sketch. Every February they thaw Greater Moncton from the winter freeze with hilarious comedy headliners presented in over 40 shows at local theatres, bars, community centres and restaurants.
Construction Association of New Brunswick - Moncton Northeast
Contract Description:
Since 2013 we have provided event management services for the association including their Spring Thaw networking event, golf tournaments, membership dinners and more. In 2021 we were engaged to provide full time membership services support to the association.
Client Description:
CANB-Moncton Northeast, established in 1942, is one of New Brunswick’s leading business associations, representing the interests of general contractors, trade and sub contractors and suppliers to the construction industry at the local, provincial and national level. The Association membership includes over 300 businesses, mainly operating in eastern New Brunswick. The Association exists to serve it’s members by; displaying plans and information on current projects in the industry, by acting as their collective voice on issues of concern, and by promoting standards, education, and communication in an effort to benefit the industry and society.
Okanagan Comedy Festival
Contract Description:
Since 2017 we have provided event management services coordinating every detail of this young and growing Comedy Festival.
Client Description:
Located in the beautiful Okanagan region of British Columbia, the Okanagan Comedy Festival began in August 2014 and was formally incorporated as a non-profit arts society in June 2017. Each August the event welcomes Canada’s best comedic talent to the Okanagan giving locals and tourists a good laugh before they return to school and work. This hilarious comedic arts festival was developed to help enhance the tourist season and encourage more economic growth for the region. Cornerstones of the Okanagan Comedy Festival are strong Canadian content and diverse programming. Each year we feature over a dozen comedic performers in close to 20 ticketed shows at theatres, bars, wineries as well as free humour workshops and stage time for developing performers from throughout the Okanagan. With a great mix of headliners and up-and-coming comedians our shows are sure to tickle any funny bone.
BOMEX 2022
Contract Description:
We provide Event Management services for the Building Owner’s and Managers Association of New Brunswick & Prince Edward Island (BOMA PEI/NB) in hosting BOMA Canada’s BOMEX 2022 National Conference and Trade Show.
Client Description:
The annual conference of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and the premier gathering of key players for the commercial building industry across Canada. For more than 25 years local BOMA associations across Canada have hosted BOMEX events on behalf of the national organization. The partnerships offer regional flavour and a high standard of excellence in conference programming and education. BOMA Canada’s annual Leaders’ Workshop, an invitation-only meeting of BOMA’s collective volunteer and professional leadership, and the National Awards Gala are highlights of every BOMEX event.
Association of Consulting Engineers - New Brunswick
Contract Description:
Since 2020 we have provided event management services for the association including their Engineering Excellence Awards Gala and their member golf tournament.
Client Description:
The Association of Consulting Engineering Companies-New Brunswick (ACEC-NB) is a not-for-profit organization representing the New Brunswick consulting engineering industry.
ACEC-NB represents the commercial interests of businesses that provide professional engineering services, to both the public and the private sector. Members are involved in the planning, designing and implementing of all types of engineering projects, and provide independent advice and expertise in a wide range of engineering-related fields.
Greater Moncton Santa Claus Parade
Contract Description:
Since 2006 we have coordinated the sponsorship development for this iconic community event that attracts upwards of 100,000 people who line the parade route each year to welcome the holiday season. We also provide a large amount of pro-bono services to the event in the form of committee and governance development, security planning, registration support services, media relations and more.
Client Description:
The Greater Moncton Santa Claus Parade was established by a group of like-minded volunteers from the community in 1967 who wished to establish a Santa Claus Parade for Greater Moncton. Over the years the parade has continued to grow. Each November the parade welcomes thousands of happy spectators who line the streets of downtown Moncton and Dieppe to watch the parade with family and friends.
The parade features up to 80 entries each year and has become the largest parade in Atlantic Canada. Although the parade has continued to evolve and expand over the years it is still organized by a committee of volunteers and relies on sponsorship donations from local businesses, individuals, and municipalities.

In 2006 we help found and continue to manage this talent agency which provides booking services for organizations looking to hire talent for their events. We represent acts from across Canada including comedians, musicians, specialty acts, celebrities, keynote speakers and masters of ceremonies.
We also offer national and regional tour management services for entertainers hitting the road for theatre tours.

New Brunswick Association of Respiratory Therapists
Contract Description:
We began working with the association in 2009 when we oversaw the development of this licensing body’s on-line registration and payment system. We continue to provide services in coordinating their system upgrades and assisting with their annual registration process.
Client Description:
The New Brunswick Association of Respiratory Therapists is the body regulating the profession of Respiratory Therapy in the Province of New Brunswick. Their mission is to maintain and advance the standard of Respiratory Therapy in New Brunswick.
