Event Management

HubCap Comedy Festival

Contract Description:

Since 2003 we have provided event management services coordinating every detail of this iconic Comedy Festival.

Client Description:

The Hubcap Comedy Festival is Canada’s largest, non-televised, comedy festival in Canada. The festival is a unique showcase of Canadian comedy talent from across the country and represents a wide variety of comedy styles from stand-up to improv and sketch. Every February they thaw Greater Moncton from the winter freeze with hilarious comedy headliners presented in over 40 shows at local theatres, bars, community centres and restaurants.

Construction Association of New Brunswick - Moncton Northeast

Contract Description:

Since 2013 we have provided event management services for the association including their Spring Thaw networking event, Golf Tournament, Awards Gala, ad hoc association membership services support, and more.

Client Description:

CANB-Moncton Northeast, established in 1942, is one of New Brunswick’s leading business associations, representing the interests of general contractors, trade and sub contractors and suppliers to the construction industry at the local, provincial and national level. The Association membership includes over 300 businesses, mainly operating in eastern New Brunswick. The Association exists to serve it’s members by; displaying plans and information on current projects in the industry, by acting as their collective voice on issues of concern, and by promoting standards, education, and communication in an effort to benefit the industry and society.

Association of Consulting Engineers - New Brunswick

Contract Description:

Since 2020 we have provided event management services for the association including their Engineering Excellence Awards Gala and their member golf tournament.

Client Description:

The Association of Consulting Engineering Companies-New Brunswick (ACEC-NB) is a not-for-profit organization representing the New Brunswick consulting engineering industry.
​ACEC-NB represents the commercial interests of businesses that provide professional engineering services, to both the public and the private sector. Members are involved in the planning, designing and implementing of all types of engineering projects, and provide independent advice and expertise in a wide range of engineering-related fields.

CANB - Saint John

Contract Description:

We provide a turnkey event management service coordinating every detail of this organization’s golf tournament for membership networking and educational opportunities. We have also been providing consultation services to help them strengthen their Membership Services.

Client Description:

The Construction Association of New Brunswick – Saint John maintains a culture that is open and accessible. They provide a transparency to their members to allow for honest communication and trust. Their culture of membership is that of teamwork and cooperation, working together for the common good and sustainable growth of the local construction industry.

CANB-SJ represents the interests of its members and the construction sector, believing that the industry should be a positive force in the community and continue to operate in a responsible, honorable and trustworthy manner.

Greater Moncton Santa Claus Parade

Contract Description:

Since 2006 we have provided a variety event coordination services to support the volunteer board of this iconic community event that attracts upwards of 100,000 people who line the parade route each year to welcome the holiday season. Our services for the event include; event management, sponsorship development, committee and governance development, security planning, registration support services, media relations and more.

Client Description:

The Greater Moncton Santa Claus Parade was established by a group of like-minded volunteers from the community in 1967 who wished to establish a Santa Claus Parade for Greater Moncton. Over the years the parade has continued to grow. Each November the parade welcomes thousands of happy spectators who line the streets of downtown Moncton and Dieppe to watch the parade with family and friends.

The parade features up to 80 entries each year and has become the largest parade in Atlantic Canada. Although the parade has continued to evolve and expand over the years it is still organized by a committee of volunteers and relies on sponsorship donations from local businesses, individuals, and municipalities.

Atlantic Concrete Association

Contract Description:

We provide a turnkey event management service coordinating this organization’s Ready-mix Driver Rodeo Competition. This event was designed to enhance their membership networking opportunities and employee recognition for participating members.

Client Description:

The Atlantic Concrete Association (ACA) is a non for profit organization that has been representing the concrete industry in Atlantic Canada for over 50 years. The ACA is a membership based organization and acts as a voice for the industry. Our members are comprised mainly of Producer and Associate members. We have a board made up of twelve members that meet a minimum of 4 times a year. Our office is located in Halifax, NS and we have a full time Executive Director.

The objectives of the Association shall be:

To advance the interested of producers and those directly connected to the concrete industry
To work with other assocations to foster positive relationships
To work with all levels of government to provide communications to
To provide education initiatives for our members
To provide networking opportunities for its members

City of Moncton: Envirofest

Contract Description:

Since 2025 we have provided event management services to the City of Moncton to coordinate Exhibitor recruitment and event day logistics.

Client Description:

The goal of EnviroFest is to provide the public with practical information about how to reduce greenhouse gas emissions while also highlighting the role of natural assets like forests and wetlands in storing and sequestering carbon. We are also interested in other climate change mitigation and adaptation issues and technologies that your organization is working on.

Atlantic Recreation & Facilities Conference

Contract Description:

We provide Conference Management services for the Atlantic Recreation & Facilities Conference and Exhibition committee.

Client Description:

The sixth Atlantic Recreation & Facilities Conference will take place on May 20-22, 2026, at the Westin Nova Scotian in Halifax, Nova Scotia. As always, the Atlantic Recreation and Facilities Conference is brought to you in partnership by Recreation PEI, Recreation Nova Scotia, Recreation Facility Association of Nova Scotia, Recreation NB | Loisirs N.-B. and Recreation Newfoundland and Labrador.

This exciting Atlantic gathering, dedicated to recreation and facilities, will feature keynote speakers, sessions, and roundtables focusing on professional development and growth. The event will also include an exhibitor showcase highlighting programming and purchasing opportunities, as well as social events, creating opportunities for collaboration and networking.

The purpose of this conference is:

– to foster collaboration and be inspired to build relationships that will help you do your job better;
– to highlight and share findings, best practices and experiences from relevant research, policy and practice work;
– to build partnerships and strengthen networks to facilitate knowledge transfer and exchange; and
– to identify priorities and develop coordinated action plans for building the National Recreation Framework.

Presenters are lined up from across North America. Series sessions have been developed for aquatics, arenas, recreation programming and students. Social events are planned, and the conference includes a trade show and a pre-conference workshop. There’s something for everyone!

Specialized Services

New Brunswick Association of Respiratory Therapists

Contract Description:

We began working with the association in 2009 when we oversaw the development of this licensing body’s on-line registration and payment system.  We continue to provide services in coordinating their system upgrades and assisting with their annual registration process.

Client Description:

The New Brunswick Association of Respiratory Therapists is the body regulating the profession of Respiratory Therapy in the Province of New Brunswick. Their mission is to maintain and advance the standard of Respiratory Therapy in New Brunswick.
